BBQ Lunch : Honey-marinated chicken and lemon-marinated fish fillet (seasoned
with local spices), Grilled Sausages, Grilled shrimp brochettes with vegetables,
Fresh seasonal salad and Butter Garlic bread
Dessert: Grilled Bananas with coconut
Vegetarian option available.
Drinks : Soft drinks, water, beer, local Ti Punch and wine (Premium rosé )
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Please note that the number of dolphins on site and the behaviour of the
animals change on a day-to-day basis. We don’t control those two things
because they’re wild and they can’t predict encounters beforehand. Our
team adjusts and makes every effort to offer a memorable interaction.
• To ensure your comfort, all snorkelling equipment will be provided on
board
• All passengers are required to wear life jackets if need be and follow the
safety rules and guidelines provided by the crew.
• Any damage or loss caused to the boat or equipment by passengers will be
the responsibility of the individual or group who caused the damage or
loss.
